My Family

Family is one of the most important parts of my life. I have learned how to describe my relatives in English and talk about our traditions. Through videos and audios, I practiced introducing my parents, siblings, and grandparents. This helped me improve my vocabulary and confidence.

My Hobbies and Interests

In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and watching movies. Creating short audios about my hobbies helped me practice speaking fluently. I also made a video where I explained why reading in English is a good way to learn more vocabulary.

My Work and Academic Goals

I am currently studying software analysis and development. I recorded an audio presentation in English about my academic goals and future plans. Talking about my career path helped me learn professional vocabulary and how to present myself in work-related contexts.

Critical Thinking and Media Literacy

In today’s digital world, people are surrounded by information from different sources such as social media, television, and online platforms. Critical thinking allows us to evaluate and question what we read, watch, or hear. It helps us identify if the information is true, false, or biased. Media literacy, on the other hand, means having the ability to analyze information, understand its purpose, and recognize how it influences our opinions and decisions.

For me, critical thinking and media literacy are very important skills. Many young people, including myself, spend a lot of time on social networks, and sometimes we believe everything we see without questioning it. By practicing these skills, I have learned that not all news is real and that it is necessary to check sources and think carefully before sharing information. This process not only improves my English vocabulary but also helps me to become a more responsible person when using technology.

Crime and Punishment

Crime and punishment are key topics in society because they are connected to justice and social order. Every country has laws that define what is considered a crime and what type of punishment should be given. Punishments can include fines, community service, or imprisonment, depending on the seriousness of the crime. It is important that punishments are fair, balanced, and respect human rights, because justice is not only about punishing but also about preventing future crimes and protecting society.

When I studied this topic, I realized how complex crime and punishment are. In my opinion, some punishments are too harsh, while others are too soft. I believe that justice should focus not only on punishing the criminal but also on giving opportunities for rehabilitation and education. This way, people who made mistakes could have a second chance. Learning this topic in English helped me discover new vocabulary and reflect about how justice should work in real life.
